Directions

Folklore Village is located in rural southwest Wisconsin, 35 minutes west of Madison and six miles east of Dodgeville. Take Highway 18/151 then turn south onto County Highway BB. Folklore Village is one half-mile south of the intersection. The Farwell Hall entrance is on the west side of BB. The address is 3210 County BB, Dodgeville, Wisconsin 53533.

If a flight arrival in Chicago is convenient, note that there is regional bus service between Chicago, Illinois and Madison, Wisconsin.

Carpooling

Please let us know if you wish to offer or request a ride to/from others visiting Folklore Village. Shared trips can be long distance or short (Madison airport to Folklore Village, for example). There is a space on the registration form for this information, or you may send an e-mail to rides (at) hfaa (dot) org with details about the ride offered/requested. We will inform you of any relevant ridesharing contact(s) with whom you may make arrangements.
