it with a check to the mailing address on the form.

If you are applying for a Bernt
Balchen Jr. Hardingfele Scholarship or
a work scholarship,
you do not need to enclose a check for your registration
at this
time.
Applicants will be notified by June 15 so that
additional fee payments, if any, can be arranged.
Due Dates
Registrations should be postmarked before June 18.
Late fees assessed after this date. We cannot process registrations
postmaked after July 7.
